方剂中生地黄配伍规律的研究

目的:研究生地黄的配伍规律,为临床使用生地黄提供依据。方法:收集《中医方剂大辞典精选本》中的地黄方1 034首,对药物出现的频次、频率进行统计分析。结果:生地黄在方剂中最常配伍的药物类别依次为:补益药、清热药、解表药、活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、止血药;这些药物类别有其高频生地黄配伍药物;生地黄发挥不同功效时有其"特征"性的高频药物配伍。结论:本研究总结了生地黄的配伍规律,可为临证科学组方提供依据,充分发挥生地黄方的功效。

Study on compatible law of Shengdihuang(raw rhizoma rehmannia) in formula
