| 摘 要： | 目的:研究蛋黄油治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:将108例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为两组,分别采用蛋黄油疗法和激光疗法进行治疗,对比分析两组的疗效和不良反应。结果:蛋黄油治疗宫颈糜烂的1次治愈率为92.6%(50/54),平均治愈时间为17.7d;激光疗法的1次治愈率为75.9%(41/54),平均治愈时间为76.7d。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。激光组中,术中出血率25.9%(14/54),脱痂期出血量>经血量占11.1%(6/54),术后局部感染率3.7%(2/54),脱痂期平均12.1d,阴道出血时间平均11.4d,阴道排液时间平均10.8d。在蛋黄油组中,无上述不良反应发生。结论:蛋黄油治疗宫颈糜烂是一种有效、安全、可靠的方法,有实用价值。
