| 摘 要： | 目的:探析肝郁脾虚证临床诊治规律。方法:通过对1999年-2009年期间有关肝郁脾虚证在临床报道方面文献整理、归纳,统计并分析肝郁脾虚证的相关疾病病种、证型诊断标准、基本方及药物配伍、临床疗效等内容,以期探析肝郁脾虚证临床诊治规律。结果:666篇文献中肝郁脾虚证涉及疾病73种,对其中83篇文献临床治疗效果进行统计,证型的诊断多采用国家标准、行业标准或自拟。治疗以疏肝健脾为主的基本方加减化裁,或辅以西药联合用药,或配合穴位敷贴、推拿加温灸等方法。总样本量达7 481例,治疗组4 455例总有效率92.1%。结论:在相关疾病病种中,肝郁脾虚证出现在肝病、胃部疾病和肠道疾病的频次最高,逍遥散仍是治疗肝郁脾虚证的代表方,而白术、柴胡、茯苓、白芍、甘草使用频率高于其他药物且差异有统计学意义。
