| 摘 要： | 目的:研究南方红豆杉水提物对人肺癌A549细胞增殖的抑制作用和机制。方法:采用MTT法检测南方红豆杉水提物对A549细胞增殖的抑制作用;生长曲线法观察其抑制A549细胞的时间-效应曲线;流式细胞仪检测其对A549细胞周期及凋亡的影响;倒置显微镜及电镜观察其对A549细胞形态的影响。结果:南方红豆杉水提物对A549细胞的增殖有抑制作用;其抑制作用机制为使A549细胞周期出现明显的G0/G1期阻滞,诱导细胞凋亡。结论:南方红豆杉水提物对人肺癌A549细胞的增殖有抑制作用。
