| 摘 要： | 转移和侵袭是肝癌的基本特征,也是影响肝癌治疗效果的重要因素。肝细胞癌的转移侵袭与Wnt/β-catenin信号通路密切相关。针对肝癌转移的病机特点,从扶正培本、解毒散结及活血化瘀等3个方面分析了鳖甲煎丸抗肝癌转移的防治原则和理论依据。在此基础上,深入探讨鳖甲煎丸干预肝细胞癌转移的作用机制和分子机制,对筛选肝细胞癌的预后指标和寻找新的治疗靶点、深化和完善肝细胞癌转移侵袭的基础理论研究具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Metastasis and invasion are not only the basic characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma,but also important factors which influence its therapeutic effect.Metastasis and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma are closely related with Wnt/β-catenin signal transduction pathway.Aimed at pathogenic characteristics of metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma,we analysed the treatment principles and theoretical basis of the effect that Biejiajian Wan resisted the metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma from three aspects: strengthening body resistance and archaeus,detoxicating and resolving a mass and promoting blood circulation.Then we investigated the mechanism of Biejiajian Wan in resisting the metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.This research can help select the prognostic indexes of hepatic carcinoma,find new target for cancer therapy and improve the basic theory of metastasis and invasion in hepatocellular carcinoma. |
