苍柏湿毒清颗粒使支原体耐药菌株产生敏感化趋势以及与白介素IL-2、IL-12的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:通过临床疗效观察和实验指标检测探讨苍柏湿毒清作用机制,探求解脲支原体感染优化的治疗方案。方法:将患者随机分为01组(苍柏湿毒清颗粒)、02组(左氧氟沙星)、03组(苍柏湿毒清颗粒+左氧氟沙星),比较症候积分和检测实验指标。结果:①有效率:03组69.70%01组33.33%02组45.45%。02组耐药率54.55%,复发率33.33%。②血清白介素IL-2、IL-12变化:01组03组02组。结论:①中药合用抗生素复发率低,并且使耐药菌株有敏感化趋势。中西医结合治疗模式为最优化的治疗方案。②中药与IL-2、IL-12变化存在相关性。

Abstract:Objective: We want to find potential mechanism of Cangbai Shiduqing Granule through clinical observations and compared various lab results,and make better treatment plans.Methods: We randomly divided patients who fit our requirements into 3 groups,group 01 treated with Cangbai Shiduqing Granule,group 02 treated with Levofloxacin,group 03 treated with both.We compared TCM syndrome scores and test Lab results.Results: ①Efficacy rates: group 03 is 69.70%,group 01 is 33.33%,group 02 is 45.45%.Drug resistance rate: group 02 is 54.55%.Recurrence rate: group 02 is 33.33%.②Blood IL-2,IL-12 values: group 01>gruop 03>group 02.Conclusion: ①The hightest efficacy and lowest reccurence is the combined Cangbai Shiduqing Granule with Levofloxacin method which is the best recently and make resistant Uu strain have trendency of susceptibility.②Cangbai Shiduqing Granule is related to Blood IL-2,IL-12.
