湘A颗粒剂合并抗病毒疗法对艾滋病发病期脾虚湿盛和肝郁气滞证患者临床症状体征的影响

目的:观察湘A1号、A2号颗粒剂合并抗病毒治疗对改善艾滋病发病期脾虚湿盛和肝郁气滞证患者临床症状体征的疗效及安全性。方法:采用随机、安慰剂对照和双盲、多中心的研究方法,对108例中医辨证为脾虚湿盛证、肝郁气滞证的艾滋病(AIDS)患者进行临床观察。结果:湘A颗粒剂治疗24个月后主要症状体征积分均有不同程度的下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中A组与B组比较,湘A1号对脾虚湿盛证患者的症状体征改善效果更加明显;湘A2号对肝郁气滞证患者的症状体征改善效果更加明显。结论:湘A1号、A2颗粒剂合并抗病毒治疗能明显改善艾滋病发病期患者的症状体征,临床应用安全,未见明显不良反应。

Effect of Xiang A Granule combined with antiviral therapy for AIDS pathogenesis with syndrome of dampness overabundance due to spleen deficiency and liver-qi stagnation on clinical symptoms improvements

Objective: To observe the effect and safety of Hunan A1 and A2 Granules combined antiviral therapy on alleviating AIDS symptoms of dampness overabundance due to spleen deficiency and liver-qi stagnation syndrome.Methods: 108 patients with syndrome differentiation of TCM as dampness overabundance due to spleen deficiency and liver-qi stagnation were observed in a randomized,placebo-controlled and double-blind,multicenter study.Results: After 24 months treatment,the main symptoms and signs integral were all decreased in different degree,and the difference with control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with Group B,Hunan A1 had apparent clinical therapy on dampness overabundance due to spleen deficiency patients,while Hunan A2 on liver-qi stagnation syndrome patients.Conclusion: Hunan A1 and A2 granule combined antiviral therapy can significantly relieve the manifestations of AIDS patients,and are used safely.
