四磨汤治疗功能性消化不良肝脾不和证的疗效及对血浆P物质、胃动素的影响

摘    要:目的:评价四磨汤口服液对肝脾不和型功能性消化不良的疗效及对胃肠激素的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的功能性消化不良患者201例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,分别给予四磨汤口服液和吗叮啉片,治疗14d,观察治疗前后患者胃排空功能、症状和血浆P物质、胃动素的水平。结果:四磨汤口服液和吗叮啉片对肝脾不和型功能性消化不良临床总有效率分别为80.2%和71.4%,胃排空总有效率为61.5%和63.4%,能显著提高患者血清P物质和胃动素水平,两组差异无显著性(P0.05),且未见不良反应,但四磨汤口服液对上腹疼痛、早饱等症状改善优于吗丁啉片(P0.05)。结论:四磨汤口服液是治疗肝脾不和型功能性消化不良安全有效的中成药,促进胃排空、调节P物质、胃动素是其作用机制。
