石斛明目胶囊成型辅料的选择与工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选石斛明目胶囊的最佳辅料与制剂成型工艺。方法:通过测定不同辅料配比生产的样品和选定的最佳辅料制成的颗拉的吸湿率和休止角比较,确定生产工艺参数。结果:用微晶纤维素作辅料制成颗粒的成型率为97.8%。结论:该研究为工业生产提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the best excipient and formation technologies of Shihu Securing Capsule.Methods: The produced samples made in different proportions were measured,the moisture absorption and angles of reposes of the granules made by the optimal excipients were compared,and the technological parameters were determined.Results: The molding rate of granules made by the excipient of MCC was 97.8%.Conclusion: The study provides the basis for the production of Shihu Securing Capsule.
