| 摘 要： | 目的:揭示针刺调整金黄地鼠超前性光暗周期转移后节律紊乱的时相特征。方法:采用超前性光暗周期转移方法模拟慢性轮班工作复制昼夜节律紊乱模型,观察不同时间点电针"百会"、"长强"对金黄地鼠超前性光暗周期相位转移后节律再同步的影响。结果:在模拟超前性光暗周期转移后,金黄地鼠的活动均向前漂移。不同批次不同组动物的平均漂移幅度在156.14-586.00min之间。在ZT16(24:00)、ZT0(8:00)针刺,与自然恢复组比较,针刺组再同步所用天数虽小于自然恢复组,但是两者之间无统计学差异;在ZT4(12:00)、ZT8(16:00)、ZT12(4:00)3个时相点针刺有明显促进金黄地鼠自发活动节律再同步的作用,与自然恢复组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);而在ZT20针刺后,针刺组重导引所用天数略长于自然恢复组,但两者之间无统计学差异。结论:针刺有肯定的促进节律再同步的作用;针刺导引节律再同步的作用具有依时相性。
