| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨采用椎管内外联合松解法治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:分别采用针刀微创松解术配合腰椎间盘胶原酶化学溶解术(36例)及单纯胶原酶化学溶解术(32例)治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症。结果:68例患者均获随访,随访时间为6个月至2年,平均11.2个月。治疗组近期优24例(66.67%);良9例(25%);总有效率91.67%,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:采用椎管内外联合松解、中西医结合微创疗法治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症与单纯胶原酶化学溶解术相比可明显缩短疗程,迅速缓解症状,起到内外兼顾、标本兼治的作用。
