扶正抗癌方对大鼠移植性肝癌的实验研究及分析

摘    要:目的:复制大鼠移植性肝癌模型,探讨扶正抗癌方对大鼠肝癌的疗效及机制。方法:采用Walker256癌肉瘤接种于SD大鼠肝脏,制作移植肝癌模型,分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、扶正抗癌方低、中、高剂量组。记录体质量等生命体征;实验1、2、3w分别检测血清TB、DB、UB;称取瘤重、测量瘤块长短径;取瘤组织、瘤旁组织行病理观察;记录肿瘤转移情况。结果:扶正抗癌方各剂量组大鼠生命体征好于模型组,术后10d模型组大鼠体质量增长加速,可能与腹水产生有关,术后18d高剂量组体质量低于模型组(P<0.05);各剂量中药组胆红素明显低于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01);扶正抗癌方可抑制肿瘤的生长,其中高剂量组肿瘤质量抑制率高于低剂量组(P<0.05);病理结果示扶正抗癌方可促进癌细胞坏死,抑制其向周围浸润;各剂量组转移评分低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:扶正抗癌方具有改善移植性肝癌大鼠生存状态、降低胆红素、促进癌细胞坏死、抑制肿瘤生长转移的作用,其中高剂量组效果最突出。
