严道南治疗鼻鼽经验举隅

鼻鼽是以发作性鼻痒、喷嚏连作、清涕量多、鼻塞为主要特征的鼻病。《素问玄机原病式?六气为病》曰:"鼽者,鼻中清涕也;嚏者,鼻中因痒而气喷作于声也"1]。与现代医学变应性鼻炎、血管运动性鼻炎、嗜酸细胞增多非变态反应性鼻炎相类似。吾师严道南教授勤求古训、博采众方,在多年的临床实践中积累了丰富的临床经验,对鼻鼽治疗颇有独到之处。现简介于下。

Experience of YAN Dao-nan about allergic rhinitis treatment

Biqiu is a nasal ailment,which charactered nasal itch,sternutation,nasal mucus and snuffle.Suwen?Xuanji Yuanbingshi recorded: Biqiu meaned that a man was sniveling;sternutation based on qi sneezing because of nasal itch.Biqiu resembled allergic rhinitis,nonallergic rhinitis with eosinophilia syndrome,vasomotor rhinitis.My mentor,YAN Dao-nan,studies hard the ancients’ clinic experiences,and accumulates clinic experiences abundantly,and has trait as following.
