| 摘 要： | 目的:研究中药消痈溃得康对乙酸胃溃疡模型大鼠的治疗作用及其对大鼠前列腺素E2(PGE2)、表皮生长因子(EGF)含量的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、胃溃疡模型组、消痈溃得康治疗组及奥美拉唑治疗组。局部注射乙酸法制备胃溃疡模型,术后第2天开始给药,假手术组和胃溃疡模型组给纯水,术后第12天取血清及溃疡局部胃组织,酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测PGE2、EGF含量。结果:模型组大鼠胃组织及血清PGE2含量、胃组织EGF含量低于正常组和假手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);消痈溃得康治疗组和奥美拉唑治疗组大鼠胃组织及血清PGE2含量、胃组织EGF含量明显高于胃溃疡模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:消痈溃得康治疗胃溃疡的机制之一可能是通过促进胃、十二指肠黏膜合成、分泌、释放PGE2,增加黏膜上皮EGF的含量,维护胃黏膜的完整性,从而增强胃黏膜防御、修复功能。
