| 摘 要： | 目的:研究不同寄主上的菟丝子、南方菟丝子中多糖的含量。方法:用苯酚-浓硫酸法测定含量。结果:寄生于大豆上的菟丝子及南方菟丝子多糖含量较高。菟丝子及南方菟丝子种间多糖的含量差异不明显。随着菟丝子种子成熟程度的增加,多糖及可溶性糖的含量均增加。结论:寄主植物影响菟丝子及南方菟丝子中多糖的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the contents of polysaccharide of C.chinensis and C.australia growing in different hosts.Method: The samples were determined by the method of phenol-concentrated sulphuric acid.Results: Polysaccharide contents of C.chinensis and C.australia growing in Glycine max(L.)
