| 摘 要： | 目的:从生活质量角度对比观察时间因素在穴位敷贴防治支气管哮喘中的影响效应。方法:将支气管哮喘患者随机分为三伏天组、三九天组和日常天组,观察疗效、生活质量。结果:3组患者疗效无区别,治疗后生活质量差异无显著性;3组患者治疗前后生活质量有显著性差异。结论:敷贴疗法是治疗支气管哮喘等呼吸系统疾病的一种行之有效的方法,该疗法中占主导因素的是药物及经穴,时间因素从本研究看来并无影响效应,适宜全年开展此疗法。
