| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定重楼克感滴丸中重楼皂苷Ⅰ和重楼皂苷Ⅱ的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(42:58),检测波长为203nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温40℃。结果:重楼皂苷Ⅰ在0.465-4.185μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),重楼皂苷Ⅱ在0.236-2.124μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。重楼皂苷Ⅰ的平均加样回收率为99.56%(RSD=1.93%),重楼皂苷Ⅱ的平均加样回收率为99.64%(RSD=1.90%)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于重楼克感滴丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To develop a method of HPLC for the content determination of polyphyllinsⅠ and polyphyllinsⅡ in Chonglou Kegan Dropping Pills.Methods: The column was kromasil C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(42:58),UV detection was performed at 203nm,and the detector drift tube temperature was set at 40℃.Results: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.465-4.185μg for polyphyllinsⅠ(r=0.9999),0.236-2.124μg for polyphyllinsⅡ(r=0.9999).The average recovery of polyphyllinsⅠ was 99.56%(RSD=1.93%),the average recovery of polyphyllinsⅡ was 99.64%(RSD=1.90%).Conclusion: The method is accurate,simple,replicable and can be used for the quality control of Chonglou Kegan dropping pills. |
