去腐生新膏联合外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗慢性下肢溃疡临床疗效观察

目的:观察去腐生新膏联合外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(扶济复)治疗慢性下肢溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性下肢溃疡患者53例,按随机数字表法分为:A组(19例)、B组(16例)、C组(18例),其中A组予去腐生新膏联合扶济复外敷,B组予扶济复外敷,C组予去腐生新膏外敷,观察患者首次新鲜肉芽出现时间、溃疡愈合时间、溃疡感染率、疤痕平整率、溃疡面积、溃疡深度、溃疡色泽积分、溃疡分泌物积分、新生肉芽组织积分及不良反应情况。结果:A组首次新鲜肉芽出现时间、溃疡愈合时间、新生肉芽组织积分、疤痕平整率均显著优于B组(P<0.01,P<0.05);A组治疗后溃疡面积、溃疡深度、溃疡色泽积分改善均显著优于B组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。A组溃疡愈合时间、溃疡感染率、新生肉芽组织积分优于C组(P<0.05,P<0.01);A组治疗后溃疡面积、溃疡深度、溃疡色泽积分、溃疡分泌物积分改善均优于C组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。未见不良反应发生。结论:去腐生新膏联合扶济复治疗慢性下肢溃疡能够显著缩短愈合时间,减少感染率,改善疤痕外观,且安全有效。

Clinical effect observation of Qufu Shengxin Ointment combined with RhbFGF in the treatment of chronic lower limbs ulcer

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qufu Shengxin Ointment combined with RhbFGF in the treatment of chronic lower limbs ulcer. Methods: A total of 53 patients with chronic lower limbs ulcer were selected and divided into three groups according to the random number table, 19 cases in Group A, 16 cases in group B, and 18 cases in group C. Group A was treated with Qufushengxin Ointment and RhbFGF, group B was treated with RhbFGF, group C was treated with Qufushengxin Ointment. The indicators were observed that the occurrence time of first fresh granulation, healing time of ulcer, infection rate of ulcer, rate of smooth scar, area of ulcer depth of ulcer, color and lustre scores of ulcer, secretion score of ulcer, score of fresh granulation tissue, as well as the adverse reactions. Results: The occurrence time of first fresh granulation, healing time of ulcer, the rate of smooth scar, the scar flatness of group A were better than group B(P<0.01, P<0.05). The area of ulcer, the depth of ulcer, the color and lustre score of ulcer in group A were better improved than in group B(P<0.01, P<0.05). The healing time of ulcer, the infection rate of ulcer and the occurrence time of first fresh granulation in group A was better than that in group C(P<0.05, P<0.01). The area of ulcer, the depth of ulcer, the color and lustre scores of ulcer, the secretion score of ulcer and the score of fresh granulation tissue in group A were better improved than in group C(P<0.01, P<0.05). No adverse reactions were found in the study. Conclusion: The combination of Qufu Shengxin Ointment and RhbFGF in the treatment of chronic lower limbs ulcer can significantly shorten the healing time, reduce the infection rate, improve the appearance of the scar, which is safe and effective.
