| 摘 要： | 目的:评价中西医结合治疗对房颤患者生活质量的影响。方法:本研究随机纳入治疗组与对照组各60例房颤患者,治疗周期为30d。对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗基础上加用郭维琴教授治疗房颤中药经验方,观察治疗前后两组SF-36量表积分变化以评价患者的生活质量。结果:①治疗前后两组8个维度积分及总分的Cronbach'a系数均大于0.70,具有良好的内部一致性。②两组治疗前积分无统计学差异,治疗后在8个维度积分及总分与对照组比较,P均小于0.05,具有显著统计学差异,说明治疗组能够更好的改善房颤患者的生活质量。③治疗前两组中医症候积分无统计学差异,治疗后治疗组总有效率78.33%高于对照组的53.33%,P=0.007<0.01,具有极显著差异。表明经治疗组能够更好改善房颤患者的中医症候。结论:中西医结合治疗能够更好改善房颤患者的生活质量。
