火针治疗中风后早期肩手综合征疗效观察

目的:观察火针治疗中风后早期肩手综合征的疗效。方法:将纳入的62例中风后早期肩手综合征患者按入院先后顺序随机分为治疗组31例和对照组31例,在常规药物和康复治疗基础上,治疗组以火针点刺所选穴位,隔日1次;对照组为常规针刺治疗,每日1次。1周为1个疗程,研究时间为2个疗程。对治疗前后偏瘫侧上肢运动功能、疼痛及肿胀程度进行评价比较。结果:两组治疗前Fugl-Meyer数据、VAS评分及偏瘫侧肿胀程度比较,无统计学意义,具有可比性,前后各项差值比较显示治疗组在改善上肢运动功能、疼痛及偏瘫侧手部肿胀的效果上优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:火针和常规针刺对中风后早期肩手综合征都有效果,且前者疗效优于后者。

Curative effect observation of fire needle on post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome in early stage

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of fire needle for early stage of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods:ALL the 62 standard patients were randomly divided into two groups in equal:On the basic medication and rehabilitation treatments,the therapeutic group accepted fire needle on selected acupoints as main intervention once every other day,while controlled one accepted normal acupuncture treatment once per day.1 week as a treatment course,and two courses for a therapeutic duration.Evaluation of Fugl-Meyer Assessment of upper limb motor function(FMA),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) of pain index and degree of hand edema were made before and after the study.Results:Baseline of two groups were comparable in assessments of FMA,VAS and hand edema,while differences before and after treatment of them were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both groups were effective in treating early stage of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome,and the therapeutic effect of the former is more evident.
