唐汉钧教授运用膏方防治外科病的经验

唐汉钧教授秉持整体观念,主张外病内治,认为膏方治疗中医外科病适用于外科手术后,肿瘤放、化疗后及肿瘤复发转移等重病危症,以及一些反复发作的顽症,如瘰疬、瘿瘤、乳癖、蛇丹、丹毒、慢性骨髓炎等。强调通过辨体质、辨疾病、辨证后合理开处膏方,从而达到防病治病的目的。唐教授认为精、气、神是生命活动之本,与脏腑功能状态联系密切,用药注重健脾益肾。另附乳癖、瘿瘤膏方验案2则佐证。

Experience of professor TANG Han-jun in treating surgical disease with Herbal pastes

In Professor Tang Han-Jun's point of view,treatment should be based on the guidelines of the holistic viewpoints,he advocated internal therapy used to treat external diseases.He also considered the Herbal pastes used to treat surgical diseases,were referred to cure the follows: the serious illness which produced diseases after surgery operation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the malignant tumor to recur and metastasize;some obstinate illness with recurrent attacks including scrofula,thyroid adenoma,hyperplasia of mammary glands,herpes zoster,erysipelas,Chronic myelitis etc.To prevent and treat diseases,Professor Tang emphasize to prescribe Herbal pastes reasonably,on the basis of understanding about patient's body constitution,disease,and syndrome differentiation.Professor Tang indicate that essence,qi and spirit are the basic substances essential to vital activities.They are determined by the conditions of visceral functions.The main way to administer medicines is strengthen the spleen and benefit the kidney.Two typical cases of Herbal pastes(hyperplasia of mammary glands and thyroid adenoma) are presented.
