中医药疗法治疗类风湿关节炎湿热阻络型临床观察

目的:观察火针配合募疗调息(简称募疗)、腧疗调脏(简称腧疗)治疗类风湿关节炎湿热阻络型的临床疗效.方法:120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组予火针配合募疗、腧疗,对照组予双氯酚酸钠片口服.观察治疗前后类风湿因子(R F)、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等指标的变化.结果:两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05),治疗组优于对照组.治疗组治疗前后关节肿胀指数、关节疼痛指数、晨僵时间指数及ESR、CRP、RF均有显著性差异(P＜0.01).对照组治疗前后关节肿胀指数、关节疼痛指数、晨僵时间指数、ESR、CRP均有显著性差异(P＜0.01),对照组治疗前后RF无显著性差异.治疗组与对照组比较,关节肿胀指数、关节疼痛指数、晨僵时间指数有显著性差异(P＜0.01),ESR、CRP、RF无显著性差异,治疗组有下降趋势.结论:火针配合募疗、腧疗治疗湿热阻络型RA有较好的临床疗效,且无明显的不良反应.

Clinical observation on humid-heat type of rheumatoid arthritis treating by TCM
