中医诊断技能实训教学方法文献计量学研究

摘    要:目的 分析目前中医诊断技能实训教学方法的研究现状,为今后中诊技能实践教学提供参考和借鉴,为更好地提高学生"四诊"技能水平提供思路.方法 利用中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据库,检索2016-2020年国内公开正式发表的有关中医诊断技能实训相关的文献,选取符合纳入标准的文章,采集提取发表年度、发表期刊、基金支持类别、教学方法、文献研究类型等内容,建立数据库对提取的信息资料进行统计分析.结果 共纳入56篇文献,中医诊断技能实训教学常用的教学方法有:情景模拟教学、案例式教学、仿真模拟仪器教学、多媒体教学及标准化患者教学等;文章中报告实训教学方法种类最多者达到7种.文章发表量在2020年达到峰值,占比为33.93%.文章发表获得基金支持者占87.50%;发表期刊多为非核心期刊,占比92.86%;文章类型分为两类,理论探讨类文章占76.79%,随机对照试验为主的教学文章占23.21%.结论 近年来中诊实训教学方法形式趋于多样化,在实训教学中常混合运用.实训教学文章发表量及文章基金支持率较高,但文章多发表在非核心期刊上,且以经验总结类文章居多.提示今后应进一步提高文章发表质量并加强以随机对照试验为主的教学研究,切实推动中诊实训教学的改革与发展.

Abstract:Objective This paper aims to analyze the current research status of practical teaching methods of TCM diagnostic skills,provide reference for the future practical teaching of TCM diagnostic skills,and provide ideas to improve students’four diagnostic skills.Methods By using CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database,we searched the literatures published in China from 2016 to 2020,selected the articles that met the inclusion criteria,collected and extracted the publication year,published jourmals,fund support categories,teaching methods,litera-ture research types and other contents,and established the database to analyze the extracted articles and data statisti-cally.Results A total of 56 literatures were included.There are 7 commonly used teaching methods including scene-simulating teaching,case teaching,instrument-simulating teaching,mulimedia teaching and standardized_pa-tient teaching.The number of articles published reached its peak in 2020,accounting for 33.93%;the fund support-ers accounted for 87.50%;the published joumnals were mainly non-core journals,accounting for 92.86%;the article types are divided into two categories,the theoretical research articles account for 76.79%,while the teaching articles based on randomized control test account for 23.21%.Conclusion In recent years,the forms of practical teaching methods tend to be diversified,and they are often mixed in practical teaching.However,most of the articles are pub-lished in non-core journals,and most of them are summaries of teaching experiences.It is suggested that we should further improve the quality of articles published and improve the teaching research based on randomized controlled trials,so as to promote the reform and development of TCM practical teaching.
