摘    要:师承教育是中医传统培养人才的重要形式.作者对上海市已举办的二届全国、一届上海市名老中医学术经验师承班的3届学生跟师学习进行了跟踪调查和研究,希望在群体调研的基础上,为政府部门提供一些有价值的数据,拟寻找一种既融学院教育优势又弥补其不足,并超越传统师承教育局限的一种次师承教育的模式及具体操作方案.

Abstract:Master-disciple education is an important way of nurturing talents of Chinese medicine. The writer conducted a follow-up study of three classes of students who learned Chinese medicine under this mode from prestigious experts of Chinese medicine in Shanghai. It is hoped that this investigation may provide some useful information for the government in order to find out a new way and a detailed plan of nurturing talents, which may not only remedy deficiencies of school education, but also exceed advantages of mere master-disciple education.
