涉外护理人才培养面临的问题及对策的探讨

目的 了解护理学生在出国工作或学习方面所面临问题,针对主要问题进行涉外护理人才培养方式的探讨并提出对策.方法 采取方便抽样的方法,选取北京中医药大学2007-2009级本科在校护理学生进行阻碍出国相关因素的调查.结果 83.6％的护理学生非常愿意或愿意出国工作或学习,66.2％的护理学生认为不能承担出国所需费用,51.7％的护理学生认为以目前的专业英语水平,无法在国外从事护理工作,护理学生认为国际交流学生培养模式最有利于问题的解决.结论 针对目前护理人才面临的问题与培养需求,在教学中加强英语教学,尤其是护理专业英语的教学,发展与国外护理院校的交流,并提供充足的涉外学习或就业信息,使护理人才满足国际化的要求.

Problems and solutions in training of foreign-related nursing talents

Objective To get know students＇ questions when they work or study in foreign countries, and explore the training mode of foreign-related nursing talents and countermeasures. Methods The nursing students from 2007 grade to 2009 grade were chosen for investigating the relevant obstacle factors to going abroad by using convenience sampling method in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Results There were 83.6% of nursing students were willing to go abroad to work or study, 66.2% thought they could not afford to go abroad, and 51.7% felt they could not work on nursing abroad with their present English levels. They thought that the mode of student＇s international exchanges will be propitious to resolving the problems. Conclusion Aiming at the problems and demands faced by nursing talent training, the English teaching, especially nursing English teaching, should be strengthened, exchanges with foreign nursing universities and colleges should be improved and abundant information of international learning and employment should be provided.
