| 摘 要： | 介绍了学校与医院合作护理人才培养模式，探讨了校院合作模式对学生的影响，认为实现了知识、技能与素质教育融为一个整体的教育，使学生重视终身学习和可持续发展能力的培养，能融入医院生活并使专业思想得以巩固。同时，校院双方也实现了资源共享、优势互补，提高了医院的科研能力，提升了教师的业务水平。

| Abstract: | Joint training of nursing personnel by colleges and hospitals are introduced in the paper. The influence of such mode on students study is elaborated. It is a mode which combines knowledge, skill with quality education, and makes the students know the importance of life-long learning and continuous development. In this way students can blend themselves perfectly with the hospital life . Simultaneously, colleges and hospitals can share the common resources , help each other , improve scientific research potentials and teachers＇ academic level. |
