对提高针灸推拿专业教学质量的几点建议

各大中医药院校的针灸推拿专业是培养针推高级人才的摇篮，在各高校扩招的背景下，如何提高针推专业的教学水平是当务之急。笔者提出在专业课程的设置方面要注意先后，在经络腧穴学课程中增设初级手法概述一章，并把实验针灸学的课程安排提前，以利于学生提前练针，激发学生的学习兴趣；给学生创造更多的实践机会使其能更快地适应临床工作；为督促学生在校期间有更多的时间练针，对针灸推拿手法的考核建立连续动态的考核机制：对针推专业的优秀学生应重点培养，使针灸高级人才后继有人。

Some suggestions about how to improve quality of teaching acupuncture and moxibustion courses

Acupuncture and moxibustion courses are the base for nurturing professionals of Acupuncture and moxibustion in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine. How to increase teaching quality of such courses is an urgent task under the general background of enlarged enrollment nowadays. This paper suggests that elementary techniques chapter should be added in the course of meridians and acu-points, the course of experimental acupuncture and moxibustion should be offered ahead of time so that students＇ interest to learn can be stimulated. In addition, we should offer more chance for students to do clinical practice, especially we should urge them to practice needling during learning hours on campus and reform examination method on needling and tuina courses. It is also very important to stress nurturing high quality students at the same time.
