| 摘 要： | 对近几年中医药防治糖果病肾病的机制研究状况进行综述，提出中医药防治DN的机制研究存在的几个问题，认为应注意动物模型的选择、加强现有中成药的研究、进行深入地降蛋白尿机制等早期防治研究以及中西药联合应用的研究等．

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the researches on the mechanism of diabetic nephrosis treated by Chinese medicine, and raised several problems in these researches. It is argued that attentions should be pain to the animal model selection, ready-made Chinese medicine, elimination of urinary protein and combined application of Chinese & western medicine. |
