不同穴位对尿道综合征尿道功能影响的临床观察

为研究不同穴位对尿道综合征的影响 ,5 4例女性尿道综合征患者随机分为俞穴组、募穴组和合穴组 ,每组各 18例 ,分别予以相应的治疗 ;观察患者临床症状、生活质量及尿动力学指标的变化。结果 :治疗后各组临床症状和生活质量明显改善 ,P <0 .0 5 ,且俞穴组、募穴组优于合穴组 ;三组对尿动力学指标有不同程度的改善 ,俞穴组和募穴组改善较为明显 ,但有各自的相对特异性。提示临床可以根据患者尿动力学结果选择相应的穴位组合。

Clinical Observation of the Effects of Different Acupoints on Urethral Function in Urethral Syndrome

To study the effects of different acupoints on the urethral function in urethral syndrome,54 women with urethral syndrome were randomized into three groups:group A in which 18 cases were treated by needling Back Shu points,group B in which 18 cases were treated by needling Gront Mu points and group C in which 18 cases were treated by needling He Sea points.The clinical symptoms,life quality and urodynamic indexes were observed.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms and life quality improved obviously in the three groups, P<0.05 ,group A and group B better than group C;urodynamic indexes improved to different degrees,especially group A and group B.It is suggested that the acupoints should be selected according to the urodynamic investigation.
