膏摩配合手法治疗颈型颈椎病30例

目的观察膏摩配合推拿手法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将60例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例，分别采用膏摩配合手法治疗和单纯手法治疗。两组均治疗10次，观察临床疗效。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为90．o％、63．3％；组间临床疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论膏摩配合手法治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效优于单纯推拿。

Combination of ointment rubbing and Tuina for cervical spondylosis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ointment rubbing amd Tuina for the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods Sixty cases were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by combination of ointment rubbing and Tuina therapy, and control group in which 30 cases were treated by Tuina. Each group was treated for 10 times, and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined of ointment rubbing and Tuina is superior to Tuina for cervical spondylosis.
