散结镇痛汤治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症临床观察

目的观察散结镇痛汤治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症的临床疗效。方法将84例子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各42例。治疗组给予散结镇痛汤治疗，对照组给予孕三烯酮治疗。两组疗程均为6个月，观察临床疗效、抗子宫内膜抗体效价变化、停药后妊娠及药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为78．57％，对照组为83．33％（P〉0．05）。治疗后两组抗体阳性率下降（P〈0．05），阴性率升高（P〈0．05），但两组之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组妊娠率和复发率比较无显著差异（P〉0．05），但两组药物不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论散结镇痛汤治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症临床疗效确切，副作用小。

Clinical observation of ＂Sanjie Zhentong Decoction＂ in treating endometriosis with infertility

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Sanjie Zhentong Decoction＂ in the treatment of endometriosis with infertility. Methods Eighty-four subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 42 cases were treated with ＂Sanjie Zhentong Decoction＂ and control group in which 42 cases was given gestrinone, with a course of six months. The clinical efficacy, endometrial antibody titer change, post-treatment pregnancy and adverse reactions were observed. Results The overall effective rate was 78.57% in the treatment group and 83.33 % in the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; ＇after treatment, the antibody-pos- itive rates were dec~eased（P 〈 0.05 ） and antibody-negative rates increased（ P 〈 0.05 ） in both groups, with no difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no difference in the pregnancy rate and relapse rate between the two groups（P 〉 0.05） ; the rate of adverse reactions was lower in the treatment group than in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ＂Sanjie Zhentong Decoction＂ is effective and safe for endometriosis with infertility.
