| 摘 要： | 探讨<医学启源>咳嗽的辨治和用药特点.其辨证准则为"有声无痰,有痰无声";用药以五味子为君,与防风为基本配伍,宣肃肺气;区分"咳"或"嗽",分别配伍开宣肺气或化痰利湿之药.

| Abstract: | The article analyses the principle of syndrome differentiation and herb administration of cough in Medical Origin and Insights.Its differentiation depends on the presence of phlegm and its treatment is performed by the use of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Radix Saposhnikoviae to release and depurate lung-qi,and other herbs in accordance with the clinical symptoms. |
