中西医结合治疗抽动-秽语综合征20例

目的考察并比较中西医结合治疗与单用西医治疗抽动—秽语综合征(TS)的疗效及安全性。方法中西医结合治疗组20例,采用中医平肝熄风、健脾化痰法治疗,同时服氟哌啶醇,与单纯服氟哌啶醇治疗的西药组20例进行比较,疗程均为8周。结果中西医结合治疗组的YGTSS评分、YGTSS减分率、中医症候积分,分别与西药组比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),中西医结合组疗效较好;两组Asberg副反应量表评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),中西医结合组的副反应明显低于西药组。结论平肝熄风健脾化痰的中医治法结合西医治疗既能提高疗效,又减少副作用。

Clinical Observation of Gilles de la Tourette Syndrome Treated with Combined Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To investigate the effect of combined Chinese and western medicine in treating Gilles de la Tourette Syndrom (TS). Methods Twenty cases were treated with integrative therapy of calming liver to stop endogenous wind and strengthening spleen to resolve phlegm and Haloperidol. The control group with twenty cases was treated only with Haloperido. Results It was significant in the YGTSS score, the decreasing rate of YGTSS score and the TCM syndrome score after being treated with integrative therapy(P < 0.05, P < 0.01). It was also significantly decreased the score of the rating scale for Asberg side effect(P < 0.01). Conclusion This therapy can enhance the curative effect for TS, and also can decrease its adverse reaction.
