| 摘 要： | 从清热生津、通利小便、软坚散结三个方面对瓜蒌—牡蛎药对进行阐述。清热生津多用于甲状腺功能亢进症、更年期综合征、2型糖尿病之阴虚火旺证；通利小便一般用于肝硬化失代偿期腹水、水肿之本虚标实证；软坚散结多用于甲状腺肿大、肿瘤之阴虚火旺、痰浊结聚证。

| Abstract: | This paper made an analysis on the trichosanthes-oyster couplet medicines from three parts as clearing heat and promoting fluid production,promoting urination,softening and resolving hard mass. Clearing heat and promoting fluid production is chiefly used in hyperthyroidism,menopausal syndrome,type II diabetes mellitus and those identified as syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency in Chinese medicine. Promoting urination,which means inducing diuresis without impairment of yin,is generally used in ascites due to liver cirrhosis in decompensated status,edema and those identified as syndrome of asthenia in origin and pathogenic factors in superficiality in Chinese medicine. Softening and resolving hard mass is mainly used in thyromegaly,tumor and those identified as syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency and turbidity and accumulation of phlegm in Chinese medicine. |
