悬饮宁治疗癌性积液的临床与实验研究

为观察悬饮宁治疗癌性积液的疗效,将93例癌性积液患者分成悬饮宁、悬饮宁方加化疗、和单纯化疗组,并进行（2批）动物实验研究。结果：临床观察悬饮宁组、悬饮宁加化疗组、化疗组有效率分别为87．5％、96．7％、67．7％。前2组与化疗组比较P＜0．01。实验研究结果发现,悬饮宁、悬饮宁加化疗组、化疗组、空白对照组腹水的形成率分别58．3％、25．0％、33．3％、100％。悬饮宁低、中、高剂量组、悬饮宁加化疗组、化疗组、空白对照组腹水的形成率分别为58．3％、25．0％、33．3％、100％。悬饮宁低、中、高剂量组、悬饮宁高剂量加化疗组、空白对照组S180腹水瘤小鼠生存率分别为25％、47％、50％、41．7％、8．3％。治疗后1周及2周对小鼠体重、腹围观察,悬饮宁、悬饮宁加化疗、化疗组与空白对照组比较差异显著（P＜0．01或P＜0．05）。提示悬饮宁对癌性积液有一定的疗效。

Clinical and Experimental Study on the Treatment of Carcinomatous Hydrops by"Xuanyin Decoction"

To observe the curative effects of "Xuanyin Decoction"in the treatment of carcinomatous hydrops,93 patients were randomized into three groups:group A treated with"Xuanyin Decoction",group B with"Xuanyin Decoction"and chemotherapy,and group C with chemotherapy alone;moreover,animal experiments were conducted.Clinical observation showed that the effective rates in group A,B and C were 87 5%,96 7% and 67 7% respectively,with a striking difference between the former two groups and latter group,P<0 01;experimental study revealed that"Xuanyin Decoction"could control the weight and the production of ascites of mice and reduce the abdominal perimeter obviously.It is indicated that"Xuanyin Decoction"has some effects on carcinomatous hydrops.
