| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药敷贴配合川芎嗪粉针剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组（51例）和对照组（49例）。两组在严格控制血糖的基础上,治疗组予中药敷贴配合川芎嗪粉针剂静脉滴注,对照组予神经妥乐平。两组均以14d为1个疗程,观察临床疗效和治疗后神经电生理即腓总神经、胫神经、腓浅神经传导速度的变化情况。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为84.31%、65.31%;组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组右腓总神经、胫神经、腓浅神经传导速度治疗后均有明显改善（P〈0.05）;对照组治疗后腓总神经和腓浅神经传导速度改善（P〈0.05）;组间治疗后比较,腓总神经和胫神经传导速度差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在严格控制血糖的基础上,中药敷贴配合川芎嗪粉针剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的临床疗效。
