| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸与中药并用治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法治疗组针刺双侧曲池、血海、三阴交,每日1次,同时配合服用中药消风散,7d为1个疗程;对照组常规服用扑尔敏、赛庚啶、维生素C,7d为1个疗程。共治疗3个疗程。结果总有效率治疗组为93.75%,对照组为75.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针灸与中药并用治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效优于西医常规方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and herbs in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods Treatment group was given acupuncture and "Xiaofeng Powder" and control group was given western drugs, with 3 courses. Results The total effective rate was 93.75% in treatment group and 75.00% in control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Combined acupuncture and herbs is more effective than western drugs in treating chronic urtacaria. |
