针药并用治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛30例

目的观察针刺结合中药治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将60例心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为西药组和针药组,每组30例。西药组予单硝酸异山梨酯和曲美他嗪片治疗,针药组予针刺配合中药治疗。两组疗程均为20天,观察中医证候疗效和心电图疗效。结果针药组、西药组中医证候总有效率分别为80.0%、43.3%;组间中医证候疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。针药组、西药组心电图总有效率分别83.3%、53.3%;组间心电图疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针刺配合中药可有效用于心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛的临床治疗。

Combination of acupuncture and medicine for coronary angina pectoris of heart blood stagnation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and Chinese medicine in treating angina pectoris. Methods Sixty cases were randomized into two groups： western medicine group in which 30 cases were treated by Isosorbide Mononitrate and Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Tablets, and acupuncture-medicine group in which 30 cases were treated by acupuncture and Chinese medicine, with the course of 20 days. The TCM syndrome and EKG were measured. Results For TCM syndrome, the overall effective rate was 80.0% in acupuncture-medicine group and 43.3% in western medicine group, with a difference between the two groups （ p 〈 0.05 ）. For EKG, the overall effective rate was 83.3% in acupuncture-medicine group and 53.3% in western medicine group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion Combined acupuncture and Chinese medicine has positive effect on angina pectoris in coronary heart disease.
