明目汤联合甲钴胺治疗青光眼视神经损害疗效观察

目的观察自拟明目汤联合甲钴胺治疗青光眼视神经损害的临床疗效。方法将44例（80只眼）原发性闭角型青光眼伴有视神经损害患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各22例（40只眼）。手术治疗后对照组给予甲钴胺结合脑蛋白水解物治疗,治疗组给予甲钴胺结合明目汤治疗,疗程4周。观察临床疗效及治疗前后视力、视野、图形视觉诱发电位（P-VEP）变化情况。结果对照组总有效率为62.50%,治疗组为87.50%;两组临床疗效差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后,两组光敏度明显增加、db值明显下降（P〈0.05）,且两组间比较差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组P-VEP振幅升高、潜伏期降低（P〈0.05）,且两组间比较差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论明目汤联合甲钴胺能改善青光眼临床症状,减轻视神经损害。

Combination of ＂Mingmu Decoction＂ and mecobalamine for glaucomatous optic neuropathy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂ Mingmu Decoction＂ combined mecobalanfine in treating glaucomatous optic neuropathy. Methods Fourty-four cases with primary angle-closure glaucoma were randomized into combined treatment group and control group, 22 cases in each group. After operation, the cases in control group was treated by mecobalamine and cerebrolysin vial, and treatment group was treated by mecobalamine and ＇＂ Mingmu Decoction＂, with the course of 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, visual acuity, visual fields and P-VEP were detected before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 62.50% in the control group and 87.50% in the combined treatment group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; After treatment, the light sensitivity and P-VEP were markedly increased, while the db value and incubation period were decreased in each group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , with significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂ Mingmu Decoction＂ and meeobalamine can improve the symptoms of glaucoma and alleviate the optic neuropathy.
