平肝涤痰通络汤结合西医常规疗法治疗脑梗死恢复期风痰瘀阻证60例

目的观察平肝涤痰通络汤结合西医常规疗法治疗脑梗死恢复期风痰瘀阻证的临床疗效。方法将120例风痰瘀阻型脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例;两组均予常规治疗,治疗组同时加用平肝涤痰通络汤,对照组加服天麻醒脑胶囊;两组疗程均为28天,观察临床疗效及中医证候积分、神经功能缺损程度（NIHSS）评分变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为98.3%、95.0%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前后组内比较,治疗组中医证候及NIHSS评分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对照组中医证候评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;组间治疗后比较,中医证候积分及NIHSS评分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论平肝涤痰通络汤结合西医常规疗法用于治疗脑梗死恢复期风痰瘀阻证疗效良好,可明显改善患者的临床症状,促进神经功能的恢复。

Combination of ＂Pinggan Ditan Tongluo Decoction＂ and western-routine treatment for cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm stagnation pattern in recovery period： A report of 60 cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Pinggan Ditan Tongluo Decoction＂ combined western-routine treatment in treating cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm stagnation pattern in recovery period. Methods One hundred and twenty cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Both of the groups were treated by routine treatment, treatment group was added with ＂Pinggan Ditan Tongluo Decoction＂, and control group was added with ＂Tianma Xingnao Capsule＂, with the course of 28 days. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score were detected. Results The total effective rate was 98.3% in the treatment group and 95.0% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Before and after treatment, there were significant differences in TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and there was a significant difference in TCM syndrome score in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, there were significant differences in TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score between treatment group and control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂Pinggan Ditan Tongluo Decoction＂ and western routine treatment has positive effect on cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm stagnation pattern in recovery period. It can improve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of neurological function.
