“冬病夏治”治疗慢性肺系疾病临床观察

目的探讨＂冬病夏治＂治疗慢性肺系疾病的临床疗效。方法将66例慢性肺系疾病（慢性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病及支气管哮喘）患者随机分为治疗组（34例）与对照组（32例）;治疗组每年于6～9月予中药穴位敷贴结合穴位注射,对照组仅在发作时予对症处理。观察临床疗效及St.George’s呼吸疾病问卷评分情况。结果治疗组第1年、第2年临床总有效率分别为70.6%、91.2%,对照组分别为46.9%、43.8%;治疗组第2年临床疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。与本组治疗前比较,治疗组第1年、第2年St.George’s呼吸疾病问卷评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;组间同期比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 ＂伏天＂运用穴位敷贴和穴位注射可有效减少慢性肺系疾病患者的急性发作次数,减轻发作程度,改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Treatment of chronic lung disease by the theory of ＂treating winter disease in summer＂

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂treating winter disease in summer＂ method in treating chronic lung disease. Methods The patients were randomized into treatment group （ n = 34） and control group （ n = 32）. The patients in treatment group were treated by combined acupoint application and acupoint injection method, and the patients in control group were treated at onset. The clinical efficacy and St. George＇ s respiratory disease questionnaire were evaluated. Results The overall effective rate was 70.6% at the 1st year and 91.2% at the 2rid year in the treatment group ; the total effective rate was 46.9% at the 1st year and 43.8% at the 2nd year in the control group, with a difference between the two groups at the 2nd year （P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with pretreatment, there were significant differences in scores of questionnaire of the 1 st year and 2nd year in treatment group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, no significant difference was found in control group （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; there was a significant difference between the two groups at the same period （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Acupoint application and acupoint injection is effective to reduce the recurrence, alleviate the clinical symptoms of chronic lung disease and improve the QOL of the patients.
