蜂花烧烫伤膏对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的影响

摘    要:目的研究蜂花烧烫伤膏对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤的治疗作用。方法取Wistar大鼠70只,采用沸水烫伤法造成深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、基质组、阳性药组和蜂花烧烫伤膏低、中、高剂量组。分别给予相应的干预措施,分别于第4、8、11、14、17天时测定大鼠体质量和创面面积。结果与模型组相比,阳性药组,低、中、高剂量组,基质组对治疗约8%深Ⅱ度烫伤的大鼠疗效显著(P〈0.01),中、高剂量组的效果明显优于阳性药组和基质组(P〈0.05)。各组间大鼠体质量变化无显著性差异。结论蜂花烧烫伤膏对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤有良好的治疗作用,且优于京万红烧烫伤膏。

Abstract:Objective The therapeutic effect of deep II degree burn rats was studied by the bee flower bum ointment which was made of beeswax, Chinese angelica, etc. Methods Seventy Wistar rats were taken and randomly divided into model group, the matrix (sesame oil) group, positive (Jing Wan Hong) drug group, low-, middle- and high-dose group burns cream. Then scalded with boiling water to result deep II degree bum model and administered respectively. At last the wound areas were measured and the changes in body weight in rats were observed. Results Model group was very significant differences with high-, middle- and low-dose groups, matrix group and the positive group. Middle-dose group and positive group had significant differences too. However, there were no significant differences of body weight among these groups. Conclusion The bee flower burn ointment on deep II degree burn in rats has a good therapeutic effect and is superior to Jing Wan Hong burns cream.
