| 摘 要： | 目的 观察自拟益气活血通脑方治疗恢复期缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法 110例恢复期缺血性中风患者随机分为两组，治疗组60例采用益气活血通脑方治疗，对照组50例口服吡拉西坦片治疗，疗程均为8周。结果 治疗组总有效率为90．00％，对照组总有效率为70．00％（P〈O．05）。结论 益气活血通脑方治疗恢复期缺血性中风疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of "Yiqi Huoxue Tongnao Decoction" in the treatment of convalescent ischemic stroke.Methods 110 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 60 cases were treated by "Yiqi Huoxue Tongnao Decoction" and control group in which 50 cases were treated by piracetam.Results The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 70.00% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two rates(P<0.05).Conclusion "Yiqi Huoxue Ton... |
