| 摘 要： | 为观察壮筋活血汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效，将283例患者随机分为治疗组152例(壮筋活血汤治疗)和对照组131例(壮骨关节丸治疗)，疗程3个月。结果：治疗组有效率及优良率明显优于对照组。提示壮筋活血汤可以有效治疗膝骨性关节炎。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of "Zhuangjin Huoxue Decoction" in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, 283 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 152 cases were treated by this Decoction and control group in which 131 cases were treated by Zhuanggu Guanjie Pill, with a course of 3 months. Results: The effective rate and marked effective rate were higher in treatment group than in control group. |
