| 摘 要： | 为探讨滋补肝肾、通络解毒法治疗帕金森病的临床疗效，30例患者用滋补肝肾、通络解毒中药复方治疗3个月，比较治疗前后的改良的Webster评分和改良的Hoehn-Yahr分级等指标。结果：显效率为6．67％，有效率为73．33％，无效率为20％；治疗后改良的Webster评分和Hoehn-Yahr分级均有明显好转。提示滋补肝肾、通络解毒法治疗帕金森病有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of liver-kidney nourishing, collateral-unblocking and toxin-relieving method in treating Parkinson's disease, 30 cases were treated by this method for 3 months. The modified Webster score and Hoehn-Yahr grading were compared before and after treatment. Results: The marked effective rate was 6.67%, effective rate 73.33%, failure rate 20%; the modified Webster score and Hoehn-Yahr grading were obviously improved. It is indicated that this method has positive effects on Parkinson's disease. |
