| 摘 要： | 评价中医药治疗乳腺增生病的随机对照临床试验(RCT)的质量。方法：全面检索有关中医药治疗乳腺增生病的RCT文献，参照Cochrane手册对其进行评价。结果：共有分布于49种杂志上68篇符合要求的文献。出现11种诊断标准和9种疗效标准，40篇有基线比较，7篇采用盲法，4篇提及随访情况，19篇提及不良反应，1篇报告失访情况。结论：中医药治疗乳腺增生病的RCT质量有待提高。

| Abstract: | This paper assesses the quality of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) for mammary hyperplasia treated by Chinese medicine. The related information from database is retrieved and assessed in accordance with the methods in Cochrane Handbook. Results: Sixty-eight articles in 49 journals were found, with 11 diagnostic criteria and 9 therapeutic effect criteria, with blind methods in 7 articles, follow-up survey in 4 articles, side effects in 19 articles, case loss in 1 article. It is concluded that these articles remain to be improved. |
