| 摘 要： | 为观察以滋阴法为主治疗肾虚型勃起功能障碍的临床疗效,将60例患者按完全随机设计,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),分别采用二地鳖甲煎、壮阳复春灵治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为83. 33%、73. 33%;治疗后治疗组勃起功能评分和血浆性激素浓度改变比对照组明显(P<0. 05)。提示:以滋阴法为主治疗肾虚型勃起功能障碍在临床疗效与改善患者性激素水平等方面比较优于壮阳复春灵胶囊,且作用持久。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of yin-enriching therapy f or erectile dysfunction of kidney deficiency, 60 subjects were equally randomize d into treatment group and control group, and then treated respectively by "Erd i Biejia Decoction" and "Zhuangyang Fuchun Ling". Results: The total effectiv e rate was 83.33% in treatment group and 73.33% in control group; after treatmen t, the erectile function score and plasma sex hormones improved more significant ly in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05). It is revealed that " Erdi Biejia Decoction" has better effects than "Zhuangyang Fuchun Ling" in th e treatment of erectile dysfunction of kidney deficiency. |
