| 摘 要： | 为研究血小板及纤溶活性改变与糖尿病肾病(DN)关系。选择健康对照组(A组)30例，2型糖尿病无血管病变组(B组)30例，2型糖尿病并发糖尿病肾病气阴两虚型(C组)41例、气虚血瘀型(D组)42例，分别测定血浆CD62p、CD63、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI)。结果显示：气虚血瘀型患者CD62p、CD63、PAI明显升高，t-PA明显下降。提示血小板及纤溶活性改变与DN关系密切，并为DN中医辨证分型及治疗提供客观依据。

| Abstract: | To study the correlation between platelet and fibrinolysin activity and Chinese medical syndromes of diabetic nephrosis(DN),plasma CD 62P ,CD 63 ,t PA and PAI respectively in 30 healthy people,in 30 cases of type 2 diabetes absent from vascular diseases,in 41 cases of DN of qi yin deficiency,and in 42 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Results showed,in the patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis,that CD 62P ,CD 63 and t PA increased obviously,and PAI reduced remarkably.It is revealed that platelet and fibrinolysin activity have close relationship with DN,which provides objective evidence for its differentiation and treatment. |
