| 摘 要： | 目的研究针刺百会穴治疗脑梗塞的疗效,为针刺治疗脑梗塞提供临床依据。方法62例患者随机分为两组:针刺组32例(给予针刺和西药治疗)和对照组30例(给予单纯西药治疗)。结果治疗后第21天、90天,针刺组患者神经功能缺损程度评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05,P<0.01),且明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后第21天、90天,针刺组患者ADL量表评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后第90天,针刺组患者ADL量表评分与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针刺百会穴治疗脑梗塞疗效确切。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of needling Baihui(GV 20)on cerebral infarction,62 cases were randomized two groups: treatment group in which 32 cases were treated by acupuncture and medicine,and control group in which 30 cases were treated by simple medicine. Results The nerve deficit scores were obviously lower in treatment group than in control group after 21-day and 90-day treatments (P < 0.05,P < 0.01);ADL increased more obviously higher in treatment group than in control group (P < 0.05). It is indicated that needling Baihui(GV 20) has positive effects on cerebral infarction. |
