血塞通注射液联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗肝纤维化临床研究

目的 观察血塞通注射液联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗慢性肝病肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法将71例肝纤维化患者随机分为两组，治疗组36例在常规护肝治疗基础上，加血塞通注射液静脉滴注，疗程4周，联合扶正化瘀胶囊口服，疗程24周；对照组35例，予以常规护肝治疗及口服扶正化瘀胶囊，疗程24周。观察两组治疗前后症状、体征、肝功能、肝纤维化指标及B超影像学的变化。结果治疗组有效率为86．1％，高于对照组的45．7％（P〈0．01）；治疗后两组肝纤维化指标均有显著好转（P〈0．01），治疗组疗效好于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论血塞通注射液联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗肝纤维化疗效确切、安全。

Clinical Study on ＂Xuesaitong Injection＂ and ＂Fuzheng Huayu Capsule＂ in Treating Hepatic Fibrosis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Xuesaitong Injection＂ and ＂Fuzheng Huayu Capsule＂ in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis from chronic liver diseases. Methods Seventy-one subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 36 cases were treated by intravenous injection of ＂Xuesaitong Injection＂ for four weeks and oral administration of ＂Fuzheng Huayu Capsule＂ for 24 weeks, and control group in which 55 cases were treated by oral administration of ＂Fuzheug Huayu Capsule＂ for 24 weeks. The clinical symptoms and signs, liver functions, indexes of hepatic fibrosis and B-ultrasonic results were observed. Results The total effective rate was 86.1% in the treatment group, higher than 45.7% in the control group（ P 〈0.01 ） ; the hepatic fibrosis was significandy improved in both groups after treatment（P 〈0.01 ）, with more significant improvement in the treatment group than in the control group（P 〈0.01 ）. Coneulsion ＂Xuesaitong Injection＂ and ＂Fuzheng Huayu Capsule＂ is effective and safe in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis.
